So it's  been a dark few weeks. For various  reasons.  But one thing keeps bouncing around my head... it's  something I've been told. Or maybe it's  just something  I heard.

Honestly  the lines of the matrix are getting  blurry and I'm not sure which way is north.

The thing that plays over and over like a echo of a skipping record is 

"If you can stop writing...then do...if you can't...then write"

I have realized  that I can't....so now I must do.
